Usage
Item replaces ui-core ListItem for menu, select, and sidebar rows (CORE-978). It is a semantic list row.
href renders Link inside li, with LinkUnderline.Hover. ARIA stays on the anchor, not the outer li (ITM-1). active sets aria-current and the active surface; it does not use Link's active prop (ITM-3).onClick without href renders a native button inside li, so the list keeps a valid li child (ITM-2).href nor onClick renders a plain li.icon and trailingIcon are 16px glyphs tinted by the row foreground. Row content should be Text with foreground={Foreground.Inherit} so the label color follows the row.
Inactive rows use --color-fg-subtle. active and hover use --color-fg-default (ITM-8). Disabled link and button rows use --color-fg-disabled on the surface host, with no opacity dim (ITM-7). Rows pad 8px inline (ITM-5). Hover and keyboard focus use --color-accent-muted (ITM-6). The focus ring follows :focus-visible only and is instant: a pointer press that then blurs does not paint a ring (ITM-10).
