Tabs wraps Tabs, TabsList, and TabsTrigger for selection that updates local state only—filters, view switchers, and panels without routing. Use TabsTrigger children; each needs a stable value. Optional counter, leadIcon, and iconTitle match TabsTrigger capabilities.
