Usage
PageHeader at the top of a route that has one title and a small set of actions. Pass breadcrumb when the information architecture is deep enough to need a trail.
Do not use it as the header of a dialog or drawer; those surfaces have their own titles. A list of records with filters and a table is CrudPage, which includes a heading. A full-viewport task is TakeoverDialog, which brings its own header.
A view-only page does not get a built-in badge. Render Badge yourself when the restriction must be visible.
